Meet the Team

Kurtis Riches

Kurtis is a dedicated individual and very passionate about the outdoors. His love for Watersports started for him at a young age and his passion is what drives this company and contributes to its success. His favorite things to do are: wakeboarding, mountain biking, wakesurfing, paddleboarding, snowboarding, snowmobiling, rock climbing and most of all teach his 3 daughters how to do all this and have a lot of adventures along the way.

Juli Riches

Not having any exposure to watersports until getting married, I have had to learn how to drive a boat, load the boat, wakeboard, wake surf, snowboard, snowmobile, rock climb, etc. I am now more able to enjoy watersports (and other sports) especially that my kids are getting older and we can do it as a family now. I love being with my family and I want other families to make memories whether it is in the water or not. My favorite part of this business is meeting new people and finding out what they like to do in the water/snow and how they have fun and what kind of memories they make.

Marty Riches

As the backbone of R7 he keeps the rest of the team going in the right direction. His wisdom and insight gives the company a stable and realistic vision to draw it back to reality. Marty grew up water skiing at Bear Lake in his youth and often took his kids wakeboarding and water skiing there as well. This year he is retiring after 30 years working for Salt Lake City Water Department and will be helping out at the shop this year.
